Shipping Policy

We plan to sell and ship only to customers in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.A.  The cost of shipping is indicated on the checkout form on our website bonbien.com haiha.com or other major online retailers.

For any purchase outside of the lower 48 states, please email us. We reserve the right not to sell/ship to certain countries.

We retain your purchase information, such as your name, email, address, and purchase quantity for our tax record. We do not sell or give your information to anyone, company, or organization.

Terms

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase that is suspicious of a fraudulent scheme or spam via text, email, or phone call suggesting/requesting us to send the product(s) to a different address than when you made the purchase.  We send out the item(s) after the payment is received.

Return  Policy

BONBIEN stands behind the quality of our products TAPEnSER and GATE LATCH and with the best customer experience possible. Any TAPEnSER or GATE LATCH with obvious manufacturer defects is always eligible for return.

You may return the GATE LATCH for any reason within 30 days from our ship-out date; however, it must be in its original condition, unused, with the Retail Packaging attached and un-torn to receive a full refund. If the item(s) is damaged during shipping, you must take a picture of the GATE LATCH with its damaged shipping box; then, email us at @gmail.com to get a Return Authorization. Unfortunately, we do not provide free return shipping labels. 

If you plan to return the product, please email us the reason for the return, and attach some photos of damages probably due to shipping, etc., we would gladly try to solve the problem mutually via email.  If the 30 days from the date we shipped out the item(s),  we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Warranty

BONBIEN carries a 6-month Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship with dated proof of purchase, from the date of shipment. This warranty applies only to the original owner and covers only factory defects. You will void the warranty if you break the product (i.e. throwing, dropping), structurally alter it, damage it due to abnormal usage, or subject it to extreme heat which might cause the product to become distorted, fragile/brittle, and broken.  This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to your negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, improper placement, or alteration.  Our GATE LATCH is made from case-harden steel with the swing bracket in stainless steel in all are powder coated to last longer on the outdoors capable of withstanding harsh temperatures.

Our GATE LATCH is manufactured to last.  Outdoor weather may affect the product due to rain, humidity, heat, etc.  What you should do to ensure longevity and functionality of the GATE LATCH is to install a pull cable (can be purchased at Hardware Stores). The pull cable can prevent the gate from sagging; therefore, caused the any gate latch to latch improperly and hard to operate, or use force to pull the gate open or close.  We will advise further on this matter in the future.
